Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice describes our practices and the privacy choices available to residents of states with applicable privacy laws.
1. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
EVOLVTEC does not sell personal information for money and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The information you give us stays with us and the suppliers who complete your job.
If that ever changes, this notice is updated and the lawful opt-out is in place before the new practice begins.
2. Your Privacy Rights
Where you live determines what you may ask for: to know what we hold, to see a copy, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive it in a portable format, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
Some records stay on file where the law requires it — tax documents, warranty evidence, fraud prevention, security logs, and live legal claims.
3. How to Submit a Request
Use our Contact page or the email below. Say which right you are exercising and give enough detail — name, address, approximate service date — for us to find the right record.
We may ask for something that verifies you are you. We answer inside the window the law allows and explain any extension we need.
4. Authorized Agents
You may send someone to act for you. We may ask for written proof of their authority and may contact you directly to confirm the request before we act on it.
5. Non-Discrimination
Exercising a privacy right will not cost you service, change your price, lower the quality of what we do, or invite any other penalty.
